How to Order and Set Up a Boosting Service

Getting started and placing an order

To place an order:

1. Choose a platform: Twitch, Kick or YouTube.
2. Choose the service that matches your goal: live viewers, video views, followers, likes, or another available activity.
3. Check the total price in the order form.
4. Sign in, enter the link to the channel, stream, or video (depending on the selected service), and pay for the order.
5. After payment, open your profile, go to Purchase History, and check the order status. Orders are enabled by default, so disable the order if you are not planning to stream right away.

How to find and edit order settings

1. Sign in to the website.
2. Open your user profile.
3. Go to Purchase History.
4. Find the order — orders are sorted from newest to oldest.
5. Open the order details.
6. Change the available settings and save them.

Order settings reference

The order details show only the settings supported by the selected service. Not every setting listed below is necessarily available for every order.

Enable or disable an order

Enabling an order resumes the service. Disabling it stops the service and pauses the remaining time. If you have finished streaming, remember to open the service and disable the order.

Important: after payment, an order is enabled automatically by default. If you are not planning to stream right away, open your account and disable the order.

Delete an order

Removes the order from the interface. This is an optional feature that lets you clear completed orders from the interface.

Change channel

Lets you reassign an order to another channel or stream. This option can be used three times per order.

Views and unique viewers

Sets the requested number of individual viewer connections for a supported service and the views that will remain on the stream.

Connection timing

Sets the period during which the selected number of viewers should connect. Use this setting when viewers need to join gradually.

Viewer geography and geo percentage

Lets you configure the geographic location of the accounts used to watch the stream. This helps avoid triggering streaming-platform algorithms that may flag a Russian stream when 80% of its audience appears to be from China.

Geography percentage — sets the share of connections that should come from the selected location.

Dynamic viewer count

This feature varies the number of connected viewers so the live count does not remain perfectly constant. This makes the stream activity look more natural.

Connection and runtime during raids

When enabled, the order can continue running after the audience is redirected to another stream through a raid.

Runtime on the raided channel — sets how long the order continues to run after a raid redirect.

Troubleshooting

Incorrect channel

Open the order settings and enter the correct channel name.

The order did not start

Check the payment status, the link, the order status, and whether the stream is live. Then contact support and provide the order number.

Settings were not applied

Make sure you clicked Save Settings, refresh the page, and check the order details again. Applied settings take effect within two minutes. If the values were not saved, take a screenshot and send it to support along with the order number.

The order was not completed in full

Record the actual result and the period during which you observed it. Contact support and provide the order number, the channel link, and a brief description of the discrepancy.
