This page regulates the terms for making payments and the refund policy for the services of the Twitch-Viewer-Bot service. By making a payment, you automatically agree to these terms.

Payment methods

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways of payment services. We do not store your bank card data on our servers.

Payment process

1. Select a service and configure its parameters (duration, number of audience).
2. Log in or register on the website.
3. Choose a convenient payment method, provide a link to the stream, recording, or channel depending on the service being ordered, and click the “Continue” button to proceed to payment.
4. After confirming the payment, return to the website and go to your profile in the “Order History” tab. Here you will find the order settings.

Refund Policy

We guarantee that the ordered services will be fully completed, so if you encounter any technical issues or have any questions, please contact our support service: https://t.me/alex_exi.

A refund or service restart is possible in the following cases:

• The service was not started or completed due to a technical issue with our service.
• The service was partially completed (the proportional difference between the paid and actually completed part will be refunded).

Refunds are NOT issued in the following cases:

• You changed your mind or made a decision after the service had already been started or partially completed.
• You provided an incorrect link to the channel/stream, and the service was successfully delivered to the specified address.
• You independently changed the channel settings (made it private, deleted the stream, changed the username) during the order fulfillment, which made the fulfillment impossible.

Procedure for submitting a refund request

If your situation meets the conditions for a refund, please follow this algorithm:

2. Provide the order number ID and the link to the channel.
3. Describe the reason for the request in detail and attach screenshots (a payment receipt, a screenshot from the control panel, proof that the service was not provided).
4. The application review period is up to 3 business days.
5. Once the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via the support account with an offer to reimburse the compensation.
